What is a recall campaign?

A recall campaign is when the vehicle manufacturer identifies a condition on a vehicle which it deems as problematic and which needs to be resolved in order to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

In most instances GMSA would notify the 1st time owner of the vehicle directly of any pending campaigns. Should you wish to determine whether there are any outstanding campaigns on your vehicle, please complete the "REQUEST A SERVICE BOOKING" form on the right and include your vehicles VIN number as part of the work required.

For your peace of mind, we will do a check against GMSA’s database on your behalf and confirm whether there are any outstanding campaigns against your vehicle.
